Corporate Nakovia

Draw the area you want covered. We tell you what we can actually put there.

Nakovia places advertising on private residential and commercial property — yard signs, fence banners, window displays. You outline a neighbourhood, a radius, or a whole corridor, say how many signs you need and when, and get a quote built from the real rate of every spot inside it.

We will tell you when we cannot fill your order.

Supply is per-neighbourhood and finite. If you ask for a hundred signs in one town and we can commit sixty-two, the quote says sixty-two, prices sixty-two, and shows you the gap as a number. You can reserve what exists today at that rate and waitlist the rest while we recruit property owners in the exact area you drew.

How a spot is priced

There is no national rate, because there is no national spot.

Every placement is priced from what it measurably delivers. Four inputs do most of the work, and the property owner sets the final rate from the figure they produce.

01

Measured traffic

Vehicle and foot traffic past the spot, verified against census and road data rather than taken from the property owner.

02

Visibility and setback

How much of that traffic actually reads the sign: sight lines, distance from the curb, which way it faces.

03

Road speed

Dwell time. A sign on a 25 mph residential street is read; the same sign on a 55 mph arterial is glimpsed.

04

Market tier

What the local advertising market bears. The same fence is not worth the same in Manhattan and in Lorain, Ohio.

What spots list for today

$54–$365 / month

10th to 90th percentile of the 28 approved spots on Nakovia today, across 17 states.

That range is what individual property owners currently list for, nationwide. It is not a quote and it is not an average of what you will pay.

Your number depends entirely on where you draw. A corridor of commercial fence frontage in a major metro and a residential block in a small city are different products at different prices. The quote shows the real rate of each spot we can commit, and the volume tier applied to the total.

Proof, not impressions

Every placement is photographed at installation with location data, and verified again during the flight. Your campaign page rolls that up: which signs are live, where, since when, with the photographs. That is what you are buying.

Two ways to buy

Up to 100 signs, you book from the quote and pay by card. Above that, the quote becomes a proposal request: we verify the company, agree terms, and issue a one, six or twelve month agreement for both sides to sign.

Terms are negotiated

Net terms and purchase orders are arranged per account by talking to us. There is no self-serve credit form. Print and installation are paid before production starts; rent is invoiced on the agreed term.
